Shipping policy
We deliver fresh organic milk in glass bottles in the optimum temperature from Saturday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4pm, Fridays are closed. There are no additional fees charged for delivery. We use refrigerated vehicles (reefers) to ensure the milk maintains the optimum temperature throughout the supply chain. Kindly choose from the delivery schedule at the time of placing the order to choose your convenient time of delivery. Please provide accurate information with apartment/ villa number, building/ community name, contact number, street number, city etc with the nearest landmark. Currently we deliver to all parts of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and some parts of Abu Dhabi. Soon we will start operations in the other emirates. We do not offer international deliveries to countries outside the United Arab Emirates.
DELIVERY PERSONNEL LIABILITYAdan Organics employs our own employees for the distribution of products. We take full responsibility for their behavior and code of conduct. Immediate action will be taken in this regard.
YOU AGREE & CONFIRM
- That in the event of a non-delivery due to ( wrong name or address or any other wrong information provided) any extra cost incurred by Adan Organics for delivery of the same item for the second time shall be claimed from you.
- That you will use the services provided by the website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the website.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Adan Organics reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Adan Organics has the right in its sole discretion to reject the subscription and debar you from using the services without prior intimation whatsoever.
